Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert UX Designer - Design Systems (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Evangelizes user-centered design (UCD) and user experience methods across the organization
Scrutinizes design patterns to ensure unification across multiple platforms and applies heuristic methods to optimize design systems
Collaboratively works with Engineering, Product, and UX teams to standardize and optimize design systems and components

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field or equivalent Technical/Business experience required
Master's Degree preferred
8+ years of relevant work experience, with 2-3 years at the Senior level preferred
Experience and expertise in using Figma
Experience working in healthcare, finance, or other complex related fields
