Job Summary

To support the expansion of a specialized expert witness network, the full-time remote Expert Witness Recruiter will manage the sourcing, onboarding, and negotiation of expert witnesses while ensuring prompt resolution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and source niche specialists to meet client litigation needs and negotiate agreement terms
• Onboard new expert witnesses and maintain accurate records of existing experts, including fee schedules and documentation
• Lead contract negotiations for high-priority experts and handle urgent client requests related to specialized fields

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of specialized recruiting experience in an expert network, litigation support, or legal staffing environment
• Proven track record in sourcing technical roles such as engineers or financial analysts
• Strong investigative research skills and understanding of professional credentials
• High proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
