Export Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the ES Global Trade team, the remote contract Export Compliance Analyst will prepare and administer export/import authorizations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Government regulations while managing documentation and investigation matters.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and administer required export/import authorizations in accordance with client policy and U.S. Government regulations
- Conduct document reviews to ensure compliance with export and import regulations
- Manage file documentation related to compliance investigations, including record keeping and tracking non-compliance matters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of work experience and college credits
- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
- Experience managing legal tasks and documentation
- Ability to create and manage tracking tools for compliance
- Project management experience related to legal matters and audits
