Export Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Compliance Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the company's export compliance program, ensuring adherence to governmental regulations such as EAR, ITAR, FAR, and DFARS while collaborating with legal and cross-functional teams to support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and administer the export compliance program, including training and reporting procedures
• Conduct third-party risk management and maintain policies for controlled unclassified information (CUI)
• Support governmental contract negotiations and review federal solicitations for business risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in embedded software or government contracting
• Strong understanding of export compliance and government contracting regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
