Export Control Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Export Control Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define areas for improvement in procedures to ensure compliance with export control regulations
• Manage regulatory requirements including recordkeeping and communications with authorities
• Implement an internal audit plan for export control regulations and support external audits

Required Qualifications and Education

• University Degree, preferably in Law or International Relations
• Proven knowledge of export control laws and regulations, particularly Italian L. 185/90 and Dual Use Regulation 821/2021
• Experience interacting with Italian Ministry of External Affairs and/or Ministry of Defense
• Experience in compliance related to defense and dual use products
• Fluency in Italian and English; work visa required
