Export Control Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day execution of export compliance activities in a fully remote capacity, the Export Control Specialist will assist in developing policies, prepare export license applications, and collaborate on product classifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of export compliance policies and procedures
• Prepare and draft export license applications and agreements for government submission
• Monitor and track the status of active export licenses while maintaining audit-ready records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in export compliance; additional trade compliance experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and ITAR
