Export Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Export Logistics Coordinator in Recycling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outgoing cargo from recycling facilities and third-party shippers
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve shipment issues
• Negotiate freight costs and develop alternative logistics solutions when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant work experience
• One year of relevant work experience in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Analytical and logistics skills with industry knowledge
• Ability to work remotely and support clients in the Pacific time zone
