Export Regulations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a JCA Export Regulations Specialist to ensure compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Check JCA documentation for accurate jurisdiction and classification
• Disposition 500 line items per week with spot checking by SMEs
• Maintain compliance with US Government and export regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with US Government, US Munitions List, and Commerce Control List
• Knowledge of regulations, including understanding of catches and releases
• Familiarity with group guidance and commonly understood USML regulations
• Experience with JCA Tools (e.g., OCR, xClass) is desired
• Proficiency with CommonPDM (cPDM)/Windchill is a plus
