Export Regulations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a JCA Export Regulations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review jurisdiction and classification of hardware and technical information for regulatory accuracy
• Document rationale for jurisdiction and classification assessments of incorrectly classified items
• Verify all reviews and jurisdiction classifications with a Raytheon employee

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the U.S. Government U.S. Munitions List (USML) and Commerce Control List (CCL)
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing jurisdiction and classification assessments
• Knowledge of regulations and group guidance related to export classification
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
