Job Summary
Supporting the growth of the export business, the part-time hourly Export Sales Specialist will manage compliance with international trade regulations, fulfill export documentation requests, and onboard new customers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer shipments receive necessary documentation to clear customs with minimal delays
- Lead the Sales Project Commercialization System (PCS) process for the export team, providing updates and collaborating with internal teams
- Support sales team reporting requests by providing sales reports on export regions, customers, and products using various data tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales, supply chain, project management, export business, or customer service, preferably in the food service/retail foodservice industry
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
