Exposure Coach

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Exposure Coach will provide virtual and text-based coaching to patients and families, collaborate with care team members, and participate in comprehensive training in evidence-based practices, working Monday to Friday from 11am-7pm EST or CST.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide virtual and text-based coaching to individual and small group patients and families
• Collaborate with other care team members, including therapists and psychiatrists
• Complete documentation in a timely manner and provide feedback on coaching curricula and technology applications

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate or Master's degree
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Basic computer skills and openness to new technologies
• Cultural competence regarding diversity and inclusion
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with trust and confidence
