Extended Education Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Extended Education Program Manager to support the planning and delivery of credit and non-credit programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of program delivery, including scheduling and prioritization of multiple programs
• Support program development, instructor hiring, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure program relevance
• Facilitate training workshops for corporate clients and assist in developing strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in talent development, training, or program management
• Two or more years of managerial experience
• Knowledge of budgeting, contracts, and vendor management practices
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
