Job Summary

A company is looking for an Extended Hours Surveillance Analyst to join their Market Surveillance team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor equity trading in real time, identifying suspicious patterns and anomalies
Review automated surveillance alerts and escalate issues as needed
Intervene in trading when necessary and draft preliminary referrals for suspected market abuse

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in market surveillance, compliance, or trading operations
Strong understanding of equity markets and trading mechanisms
Ability to work independently during overnight hours and make sound decisions under pressure
