Job Summary

Seeking a full-time External Communications Specialist to develop and manage external communication materials, lead executive LinkedIn initiatives, and support media relations efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit external communications materials such as press releases and speeches
• Lead the executive LinkedIn program, enhancing thought leadership and brand visibility
• Support media relations by drafting pitches and monitoring media coverage to improve public perception

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or journalism
• Demonstrated experience writing for LinkedIn and understanding executive voice development
• Familiarity with media relations and PR best practices
• Proficiency in digital communications tools and Microsoft Office Suite
