External Reporting Accountant

Job Summary

To support financial reporting initiatives, the full-time Remote External Reporting Accountant will analyze business performance, prepare financial statements in compliance with regulatory practices, and collaborate with clients and the finance team to enhance reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
• Collaborate with the Finance organization to provide guidance and support to clients
• Research and implement improvements to current reporting processes and tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related financial discipline
• 1-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, including internships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Access
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools, with Workday experience preferred
