Job Summary

A company is looking for an Extranet Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the development team, including task assessment and employee motivation
• Conducting 1:1 meetings and performance reviews while mentoring and developing team members
• Establishing transparent communication between the team and the business, and participating in architectural reviews

Key Qualifications

• Expert-level development skills in Golang with over 4 years of experience and at least 2 years in a team lead role
• Strong people management skills
• Knowledge of Python (Django) for code review and senior-level proficiency in PostgreSQL
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with a desire for long-term growth
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
