Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in field support, professional services, or technical support
• Extensive knowledge of high-performance data center solutions and network infrastructure
• Expertise in Cisco routers and switches, including WAN technologies
• Hands-on experience with security protocols and VPN solutions
• Cisco Certified Systems Engineer (CCIE) certification preferred
