Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global CDO TA Executive Director - Eye Health (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize clinical development programs in Eye Health
• Oversee governance and execution of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage clinical program budgets, monitoring financial performance and adherence to targets

Required Qualifications

• MD or PhD degree preferred; minimum of a degree in life sciences with over 15 years of experience in clinical development operations
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Deep knowledge of clinical development processes, with Eye Health experience being a plus
• Financial acumen for managing clinical program budgets
• Experience with digital and data-driven approaches in clinical operations
