Job Summary

FAA Licensed Flight Dispatcher, seeking a full-time candidate to manage flight operations, planning, and customer coordination in a remote, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flight planning and real-time operations, including trip requests and ATC flight plans
• Provide operational support and briefings to flight crews, ensuring compliance and safety
• Document and report on operational incidents while participating in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
• Previous professional flight dispatch experience, preferably in Part 121, Part 135, military, or international operations
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills in time-sensitive environments
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with modern dispatch systems and operational software
