Job Summary

FAA Licensed Flight Dispatcher, responsible for managing flight operations and planning in a full-time remote role, focused on delivering operational excellence and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flight planning and real-time operational control for domestic and international flights
• Provide preflight and enroute briefings, ensuring compliance with regulations and operational standards
• Support flight crews during irregular operations and emergencies, coordinating critical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
• Previous professional flight dispatch experience, preferably in Part 121, Part 135, military, or international operations
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with modern dispatch systems and operational software
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills in time-sensitive environments
