FAA Licensed Flight Dispatcher

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic mix of commercial and government aviation customers, the full-time FAA Licensed Flight Dispatcher will manage real-time flight operations, flight planning, and customer coordination in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming trip requests and develop compliant flight plans based on operational requirements
• Monitor active flights and provide real-time operational support to flight crews, assessing risks and coordinating changes
• Deliver professional preflight and enroute briefings while maintaining accurate dispatch documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
• Previous professional flight dispatch experience, preferably in Part 121, Part 135, military, or international operations
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills in time-sensitive operational environments
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with modern dispatch systems and digital collaboration tools
