FAA Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end management of commercial deployments, the full-time FAA Licensed Program Manager will plan, execute, and stabilize operations for drone programs while collaborating directly with customer teams and internal stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution for commercial deployments, including dock-based remote operations programs
• Develop operational foundations such as Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Management System inputs in partnership with customers
• Coordinate across various teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and Skydio's capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing program or professional services role delivering complex technical programs
• Experience with multi-phase implementations that involve hardware, software, and operational process changes
• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and execution tracking
• Ability to design workflows, documentation, and training for new technology at customer sites
• Clear communication skills for both customer and internal engineering discussions
