FAA Licensed Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to enable customer success through technical excellence and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Act as a technical advisor, educating public safety partners on DFR concepts and FAA BVLOS requirements
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and guide agencies through technical trials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UAS technical sales, support engineering, or drone operations
• Working knowledge of DFR program design and FAA regulatory pathways for BVLOS operations
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Passion for supporting first responders and commitment to public safety innovation
