Job Summary

To drive sign-ups and active players for Sports Academy Games, the remote Facebook Ads Manager will manage end-to-end Meta campaigns, scale ad spend profitably, and develop targeting strategies for the K-12 audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage all Facebook and Instagram campaigns for Sports Academy Games
• Scale ad budgets while maintaining cost-effectiveness and optimizing performance
• Conduct creative testing and track performance metrics to inform future campaigns

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing Meta Ads as a primary responsibility
• Proven track record of successfully scaling ad spend while maintaining performance metrics
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign optimization and custom conversions
• Experience using AI tools for creative iteration and audience research
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
