Facebook Ads Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to drive customer acquisition through effective advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets to optimize sales growth
• Drive the creation of new ad creatives through collaboration and individual ideas
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to enhance engagement and conversions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
• 1-2+ years of Facebook Ads campaign management experience with demonstrated results
• Experience managing daily budgets of at least $5k
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs)
• Familiarity with basic image/video editing and Photoshop
