Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facets Configuration Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Support all projects with the Service Ops team related to Configuration
Provide strategic analysis and input, and ensure project performance
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate decision making and conflict resolution

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience in Business Administration or Information Systems Technology
2-4 years supervisory or management experience preferred
8 years Business Analyst, FACETS Configuration, or related business area experience
5-6 years Microsoft Access or equivalent relational database application experience
Ability to build complex queries, reports, and macros
