Facets Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facets Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in Division of Financial Responsibility (DoFR).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Facets configuration, including Benefits, Provider, Claims, Pricing, and Workflow components
• Configure and maintain DOFR rules and financial accountability structures across delegated entities and health plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure configuration accuracy and perform configuration testing

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Facets configuration experience across multiple subsystems
• 2+ years of direct DOFR configuration experience, including knowledge of delegated risk models
• Strong understanding of claims adjudication and reimbursement methodologies
• Experience in payer, IPA, MSO, or delegated-risk environments
• Proficiency with SQL for troubleshooting and configuration analysis
