As a full-time remote Facets Consulting Manager, the successful candidate will optimize claims and benefits operations for healthcare payer organizations by leveraging deep Facets expertise, leading business process transformations, and providing strategic consulting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery workshops and consultative sessions to define business outcomes and operational improvement opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Facets claims and benefits capabilities, guiding clients on best practices and operational optimization strategies
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and quality across healthcare payer operations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in healthcare payer environments
- Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or solution design focused on claims and benefits operations
- Deep understanding of healthcare payer business processes, including claims adjudication and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of Facets core functionality and configuration concepts
- Experience conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
