Facets Development Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of developers, the remote Facets Development Lead will act as the functional and technical lead for the Member Enrollment Application, addressing business queries and resolving application tickets in a contract-to-hire position.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional and technical lead for the Member Enrollment Application
• Support business queries related to member enrollment and lead a development team of 5-6 developers
• Resolve tier 2 application tickets and provide input to the development team for incident resolution

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare payer experience
• 5+ years of experience with FACETS, FACETS extensions, and member experience applications
• Knowledge of EDI 834 and 820
• 5+ years of SQL query and debugging experience, with a focus on performance improvement
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in web technologies such as Angular or React, and .NET to create REST APIs
