Facets Development Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of developers, the remote Facets Development Lead will act as the functional and technical lead for the Member Enrollment Application, supporting business queries and resolving application tickets in a 6+ month contract-to-hire position.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional and technical lead for the Member Enrollment Application
• Support business queries related to member enrollment and resolve tier 2 application tickets
• Provide guidance to the development team on incidents and enhancements related to enrollment

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare payer experience
• 5+ years of experience with FACETS and related applications
• Knowledge of EDI 834 and 820
• 5+ years of SQL query, debugging, and performance improvement experience
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Web Technologies, preferably Angular or React, and .NET for creating REST APIs
