Facets Product Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Facets solutions, the full-time remote Facets Product Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Facets product configuration, design, and implementation activities across product benefits and claims
- Translate business requirements into scalable Facets configuration solutions and participate in design sessions
- Support testing initiatives, including test case development, quality assurance, and defect resolution
Required qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare domain with Facets implementation or enhancement projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Facets Product Benefits and Claims configuration
- Proficiency with SQL Server and experience in analysis, requirement gathering, and design activities
- Experience in one or more Facets modules, including Benefits & Products, Eligibility, or Claims
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
