Job Summary
Leading Facets System Integration initiatives, the full-time hybrid Facets Product Consultant will drive healthcare payer operations transformation by collaborating with clients and stakeholders, analyzing systems, and designing Membership and Enrollment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and Joint Application Design (JAD) discussions with client stakeholders
- Analyze existing payer systems and design end-to-end Facets Membership and Enrollment solutions
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and manage project estimation, planning, and risk management activities
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Facets Membership and Enrollment, including enrollment lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of Facets backend data structures and Healthcare Payer Operations
- Experience leading solution design and system integration initiatives
- Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder meetings
- Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams in complex environments
