Job Summary
Leading Facets System Integration initiatives, the full-time Facets Product Consultant will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions for healthcare payer operations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and design end-to-end Facets Membership and Enrollment solutions
- Analyze existing payer systems to identify transformation opportunities and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive project estimation, planning, risk management, and delivery governance activities
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Facets Membership and Enrollment, including enrollment lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of Facets backend data structures and data models
- Proven expertise in Healthcare Payer Operations across Commercial and ASO lines of business
- Experience leading solution design and system integration initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage onshore and offshore delivery teams in complex consulting environments
