Job Summary
As a Senior Facets Product Specialist, this full-time hybrid position will configure, optimize, and support Facets-based solutions to enhance payer operations while collaborating with various stakeholders across healthcare technology.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Facets modules for claims processing, benefits administration, and membership functions
- Analyze payer operations to identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions to minimize business disruption
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Facets across claims, membership, billing, and enrollment functions
- Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations and regulatory compliance
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical Facets solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in enterprise healthcare environments
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
