Job Summary
Supporting healthcare payer transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Facets Provider Functional Specialist will lead requirements gathering, configure provider structures, and optimize claims adjudication within the TriZetto Facets platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead provider-focused requirements gathering sessions and facilitate solution design workshops with stakeholders
- Configure and analyze provider structures, including practitioners, facilities, and provider relationships within Facets
- Drive provider data migration, testing, reconciliation, and defect resolution throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of healthcare payer industry experience
- 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with TriZetto Facets Provider modules
- Strong expertise in provider configuration and provider relationship management
- Knowledge of claims adjudication processes and various healthcare products
- Experience supporting Facets implementation, migration, or transformation programs
