Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facets Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end functional and technical guidance as the Facets SME
- Create and maintain documentation including workflows, functional specs, and operational runbooks
- Ensure solutions are comprehensive and efficient, avoiding negative impacts on the current operating environment
Qualifications
- 10+ years of recent Facets experience with all subsystems including claims and membership
- 5+ years in a senior/lead SME role
- Hands-on experience with Facets Billing and premium/AR-related processes
- Experience querying and analyzing Facets data using SQL or similar tools
- Expert level in Facets Medical Plan configuration required
