Facets Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facets Technical Analyst to lead and support end-to-end Facets implementations and enhancements for healthcare payer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Facets implementations, enhancements, and production support
• Manage Facets major version upgrades and execute ITS upgrades and compatibility fixes
• Design and maintain Facets extensions and custom components while collaborating with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Facets, including upgrade implementations and extensions
• Strong healthcare payer domain knowledge, particularly in claims, membership, and enrollment
• Solid technical experience with C# .NET and SQL Server
• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular and Node.js, including REST APIs
• Proven ability to work across end-to-end SDLC in Agile environments
