Facets Testing Analyst
Job Summary
To ensure the quality of healthcare payer applications, the full-time remote Facets Testing Analyst will validate and test systems built on the TriZetto Facets platform, collaborating with various teams to execute test strategies and support quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Facets applications
- Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate testing of requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of software testing or quality assurance experience
- 2+ years of experience testing applications within the TriZetto Facets platform
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and claims processing workflows
- Experience creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases
