Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facets Workflow Management Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains Configuration team schedules/activities, tracks teams progress and results, and maintains all key Configuration documentation for internal/external audit purposes
• Ensures coordination with Testing and Auditing activities/approvals in all Configuration migrations
• Oversees Configuration change documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency that follow Configuration methodology

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology preferred, or equivalent experience in a business/technical environment
• Minimum 2 years utilizing Microsoft Access for analysis, reporting and updating FACETS data or equivalent relational database application experience
• Must have ability to build complex queries, reports and macros; with Medicaid Managed care in Business Analyst Position, Configuration, or related business area
• Proven progressive attitude toward skills improvement, independent thinking, and advanced technology
• Must be an excellent service provider with a true commitment to providing the highest quality configuration solutions on a customer-focused team
