Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilitator, Capability Development for their Revenue Cycle department.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage digital technology to deliver training programs and implement innovative tools and platforms
Analyze training needs and develop programs to address skills gaps
Coordinate and manage multiple training projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2-4 years of experience in training or a related role
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Experience with EPIC strongly preferred
Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training platforms is a plus
