Facilitator Success Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full SmartLab Certified Facilitator experience, the full-time remote Facilitator Success Specialist will support facilitator relationships, execute engagement strategies, and ensure a clear path to confidence and certification for educators in K-12 settings.

Key responsibilities

• Supports facilitator relationships through onboarding, success planning, and community moderation while monitoring product adoption
• Delivers consistent engagement across the facilitator base by executing the facilitator experience vision and communication cadence
• Conducts proactive check-ins and develops professional learning content to enhance the facilitator journey and monitor engagement data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 2-4 years of experience in K-12 education, professional development, or educator training
• Experience designing or delivering adult learning experiences, preferably in a hands-on context
• Strong relationship-building and virtual facilitation skills
• Familiarity with STEM or project-based learning pedagogies preferred
