Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day account responsibilities and assist in the sales development cycle
  • Monitor revenue, profit performance, and service levels of accounts, escalating issues as necessary
  • Prepare customer-facing analyses and presentations, coordinating demo and sample activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience in sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of strategic account systems, market processes, and order processing
  • Expertise in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to develop complex Excel formulas
  • Project management experience and familiarity with the janitorial supply industry is preferred
