Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day account responsibilities and assist in the sales development cycle
- Monitor revenue, profit performance, and service levels of accounts, escalating issues as necessary
- Prepare customer-facing analyses and presentations, coordinating demo and sample activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of strategic account systems, market processes, and order processing
- Expertise in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to develop complex Excel formulas
- Project management experience and familiarity with the janitorial supply industry is preferred
