Facilities and Maintenance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities and Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance tasks and ensure facility functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on various production equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate repair documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in high-speed printing or packaging environments
• Experience with Heidelberg and Bobst equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC, boiler systems, and LOTO procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
