Job Summary

Leading the design and optimization of a national facilities network, the full-time salaried Facilities and Process Engineering Director will focus on improving workflow efficiency and operational outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of facilities, applying industrial engineering principles
• Leverage analytics and data to identify inefficiencies and inform executive decision-making
• Oversee site selection, acquisition, and major construction projects to ensure operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Strong background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Operations Engineering
• Proven experience applying data-driven methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
• At least 2 years of leadership in facilities strategy and multi-site operations
• Expertise in capital planning and budget management
• Strong negotiation skills in lease and vendor contract management
