Leading the design and optimization of a national facilities network, the full-time salaried Facilities and Process Engineering Director will focus on improving workflow efficiency and operational outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of the facilities network using industrial engineering principles
• Leverage analytics and data to identify inefficiencies and optimize resource utilization across the portfolio
• Oversee site selection, acquisition, and major construction projects, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with standards

Required qualifications

• Strong background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Operations Engineering
• Proven experience in applying data-driven methodologies to improve operational efficiency
• Leadership experience in managing multi-site facilities operations and capital planning
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and operational standards
