Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Facilities Assistant to maintain the office environment and support various facilities tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light building maintenance and custodial tasks
  • Maintain break room and conference room functions and appearances
  • Complete JIRA service tickets and assist with employee moves and furniture installation
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on a ladder up to 25 feet
  • Flexible schedule availability
