Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Budget Coordinator to manage financial data and accounting practices related to facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee building financial data and manage purchase order (PO) processes, including tracking and processing invoices
  • Collaborate with Construction Managers and Facilities Specialists for accurate budget tracking and invoice management on projects
  • Maintain records for fixed assets and ensure accurate financial data input into accounting systems
Required Qualifications
  • One to two years of experience in an accounting environment
  • Knowledge of clerical or construction bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and make accurate arithmetic computations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Clean credit history as reported by credit report
