Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage routine maintenance scheduling and coordinate preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, installations, and facility improvements
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service support to clients
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Corrigo maintenance management system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is preferred
