Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties and office facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage routine maintenance scheduling and coordinate preventive maintenance programs
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, installations, and facility improvements
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service support to clients
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Corrigo maintenance management system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is preferred
