Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to manage facility tasks and work orders remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure compliance with procedures and policies
- Acknowledge client inquiries and manage work orders and documentation
- Monitor external activities related to facility maintenance, including waste disposal and recycling
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience with CMMS, particularly SI7, is a plus
- Basic math skills for calculations such as percentages and discounts
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Vendor management experience is helpful
