Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to manage facility tasks and work orders remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure compliance with procedures and policies
  • Acknowledge client inquiries and manage work orders and documentation
  • Monitor external activities related to facility maintenance, including waste disposal and recycling
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Experience with CMMS, particularly SI7, is a plus
  • Basic math skills for calculations such as percentages and discounts
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Vendor management experience is helpful
