Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to manage and coordinate vendors and contractors for facility needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure timely service delivery
- Schedule repairs and maintain accurate work orders and documentation
- Evaluate work order data to assess performance and present findings to clients
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience in vendor management and facilities
- Ability to follow established work routines and standards
- Familiarity with the decommissioning process is a plus
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
