Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to manage and coordinate vendors and contractors for facility needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure timely service delivery
  • Schedule repairs and maintain accurate work orders and documentation
  • Evaluate work order data to assess performance and present findings to clients
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Experience in vendor management and facilities
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards
  • Familiarity with the decommissioning process is a plus
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
